Meet The TEAM
CHRISTO MULLER – CEO
Christo established BCI Properties in 2004, with a key focus on Business, Commercial and Industrial brokering, which is where BCI derived its name.
With degrees in psychology, economics and teaching, and having qualified as a Principal Real Estate Agent, Christo is positioned to lead the team from strength to strength.
LEON VAN ZYL – GROUP MANAGER
Leon started his career in property in 2004 with Pam Golding Properties, and later on became the National Rentals Manager for Rawson Property Group, before joining BCI Properties in 2020.
Qualified as a Principal Estate Agent and holding various qualifications in Business, Finance, Project Management and Risk Management, Leon is a specialist in residential letting.
SAARTJIE MULLER – FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Saartjie has a background in teaching and education, and is experienced in bookkeeping and financial controls, having managed the books and finances of some of the largest franchise restaurants in the East Rand.
Saartjie is at the helm of the financial management and administration of BCI Properties.

BCI Properties is home to more than 20 property professionals who collectively have a wide range of experience and qualifications. Our agents are degreed through institutions such as UJ, UNISA and WITS, with qualifications ranging from Internal Auditing to Business Management and Doctoral qualifications in property.
Property MANAGEMENT
BCI Properties manages 200 residential and mixed-use properties and utilise the best-in-industry vetting, property management and reporting tools available in the marketplace today. We have a combined 80 years’ property management experience.
Our FOOTPRINT
BCI Properties established its Head Office in Kempton Park and expanded its national footprint through key strategic partnerships across South Africa, Namibia and Mauritius.
The Head Office Team of Estate Agents has grown in size, experience and skill, with ongoing training and support to ensure our cohesive team of 20 Professionals are at the top of their game.
The Bryanston Office of BCI Properties hosts a smaller team of highly effective Real Estate Professionals who are independent and work from remote locations, whilst being supported by Head Office and the Administrative Team at the Bryanston Office.
Our Partners in Namibia and Mauritius offer our investor clients excellent opportunities to hedge their wealth against the Rand, to have a home away from home and to ensure that their assets are protected.
BCI Properties is strategically aligned with various Estate Agencies across South Africa, meaning we bring a wealth of national and international knowledge, experience, and opportunities to the table.
We’re expanding our business operations to Cape Town and will open our doors in Somerset West in January 2022!
